Mr. Yeshwanth D S of 2021-2023 M.Sc. Chemistry batch delivered an offline talk on “Bridging gap between studies and real world applications” on 26.03.2025 from 9.00am – 10.00am. The talk was arranged for M.Sc. IV SEM chemistry students in science block, room number 004. Mr. Yeshwanth D S delivered about the options for internships at various industries. During his talk, the alumni stressed up on the knowledge based education required to get into industries. Currently internships are available at paint, pharma, textile, chemical industries etc. The alumni further advised that students must be strong in fundamentals. Mr. Yeshwanth D S will cooperate in getting internships for the current students at his company where he is currently working. The alumni positively responded to the alumni involvement for any contribution. Department faculty who were free also attended the alumni talk. Finally the alumni coordinator and alumni visited the central alumni cell, met the alumni president for alumni feedback.
